Terms of Service

• Anyone can browse and watch public stories.
• Creating an account (to comment, like, or submit stories) requires you to be at least 18, or to have parental/guardian consent.
• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Kahaniwaala is a platform for Hindi stories — horror, moral stories, romance, crime, mythology, and more — delivered as videos, submitted by creators and made available to viewers, with comments, likes, and chat.

If you submit a story (video, title, description, thumbnail) to Kahaniwaala:

• You keep ownership. You retain copyright in the content you create and upload.
• You grant us a license. By submitting content, you grant Kahaniwaala a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, stream, display, and promote your content on the platform (including reasonable promotional use, such as short clips or thumbnails used to advertise the story).
• You confirm you have the rights.You warrant that you own or have permission to use everything you submit, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• You're responsible if that's not true.If your submission turns out to infringe someone else's rights, you agree to indemnify Kahaniwaala against any resulting claims, and we may remove the content and/or suspend your account.

Everything else on the platform — the Kahaniwaala name, logo, website design, code, curation, and category organization — belongs to Kahaniwaala or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. It may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission.

You agree not to:

• Upload content you don't have the rights to.
• Download, screen-record, copy, redistribute, or re-upload videos from Kahaniwaala elsewhere without permission.
• Use content from the platform for any commercial purpose without authorization.
• Frame, embed, or mirror the website without our consent.
• Post abusive, harassing, fraudulent, illegal, or misleading content in comments or chat.
• Impersonate Kahaniwaala, a creator, or any other user.
• Attempt to hack, scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform.

We may review, edit, remove, or reject any submitted content, comment, or chat message — including without prior notice — if we believe it violates these Terms or applicable law. We may also suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

If you believe content on Kahaniwaala infringes your copyright, email us at surose.ashish@gmail.com with:

• A description of the copyrighted work
• The URL of the content on Kahaniwaala
• Your contact information
• A statement that you believe the use is unauthorized

We'll review valid complaints and take appropriate action, which may include removing the content.

• Kahaniwaala is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.
• Stories on Kahaniwaala are fictional works created by independent creators for entertainment, unless explicitly stated otherwise, and don't reflect the views of Kahaniwaala.
• We're not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or opinions expressed in user-submitted content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kahaniwaala is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms. You may stop using the platform and delete your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
